Refunds Membership and class refunds will only be given in cases of medical circumstances, if the member moves, or if the class is cancelled. (A doctor's note may be required.) Refunds are obtained by filling out proper paperwork at the Customer Service Desk. Checks will be sent to your residence within four weeks.
